Terms of Sale

  1. Seller. Brainlanding ("we"). Contact: info@brainlanding.com. Checkout, payments and receipts are operated by Payhip.
  2. Product. Digital products (PDF downloads). No physical item will be shipped. Product contents are described on each product page.
  3. Price and payment. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required; checkout is operated by Payhip. Displayed discounts are calculated against the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days.
  4. Delivery. Immediately after payment, via download link on screen and by email. If you don't receive it, write to info@brainlanding.com and we'll fix it.
  5. Withdrawal (EU consumers). By purchasing digital content you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once the download/streaming begins. This confirmation is included in your order email. See point 6 on refunds.
  6. Refunds. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, other than where required by mandatory consumer law. If something is wrong with your order (a missing file, a duplicate charge), email info@brainlanding.com and we'll fix it.
  7. License. Personal use only: you may print and use the files for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use the files commercially. All rights reserved © Brainlanding.
  8. Disclaimer. Products are practical self-organization tools. They are not medical advice, therapy, or treatment for ADHD or any condition. Results depend on individual use.
  9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this clause limits rights or liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law (including Italian Codice del Consumo and applicable US state law).
  10. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For EU consumers: mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may also refer a dispute to the EU ODR platform. For consumers outside the EU: please contact info@brainlanding.com first to resolve any issue informally; if a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be subject to Italian law and the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence.
